This award is open to all businesses that are new to the Belfast area, or have undergone a significant change, within the last 2 years. The winner will have displayed a strategic approach to business, successful implementation and will have good prospects for the future.

Businesses must not have been in operation before August 2006. Please provide the following information in 4 pages. Description of your supplementary evidence should also be provided.

1. A company profile detailing start date, products, staff, company history, customers and current market conditions
2. Your key objectives since opening and describe how you have achieved them
3. Describe your business growth e.g. sales, staff, market share
4. Businesses competitive edge over other industry competitors
5. Evidence that your company will have good prospects for the next twelve months
