The Judges will be looking for an independent retail business committed to offering excellent levels of service to each and every customer. The winning retailer will have provided shoppers with a comfortable, friendly, personal and professional service.
Independent retailers will be viewed as independent owners with three or less stores.
This category will be judged by Mystery Shoppers who will assess:
- First Impressions
- Acknowledgement and Greeting
- Customer Care
- General Interaction with the Customer
- Meeting/Exceeding Customer Expectations
- General Retail Standards
- Store Services
Mystery shopping visits will be conducted during October 2008
