This award is open to all service and tourism businesses that are committed to offering the highest levels of customer care to each and every customer. Customer Service can make a real difference to economic performance across the service sectors.

This category will be judged by Mystery Shoppers/Telephone Interviews who will assess:

  • First Impressions
  • Telephone manner
  • Acknowledgement and Greeting
  • Customer Care
  • Services
  • Product Knowledge
  • General Interaction with the Customer
  • Meeting/Exceeding Customer Expectations

Mystery visits will be conducted during October 2008.
