This award is open to all organisations who have been involved in the development of a regeneration project which has significantly improved and revitalised an area in the city.

The award will be presented to the organisation whose project is deemed to have made the best overall contribution to the city’s regeneration.

Please outline the following information on 4 sides of A4:

1. Demonstrate how the project made a positive economic contribution to the regeneration of the city
2. Demonstrate how the project displays excellence in design, innovation and leadership
3. Demonstrate a contribution to encourage environmental sustainability in the city
4. Demonstrate the project’s involvement of the local community, and/or city stakeholders in building community confidence
5. Demonstrate how the project has enhanced the attractiveness of the local area
