This award is designed to attract applications from licensed and unlicensed premises. Mystery shoppers will be looking for well-maintained premises with appealing décor and ambience that offers a comfortable environment suitable to their target market clientele. Additionally the winner will have a history of involvement in partnership.

This award which will be judged via mystery shopping will look at the following criteria:

• Menu Variety, Food Quality, Cuisine Style
• Ambience
• Exceeding Customer Expectations
• Innovation
• Hospitality

Mystery visits will be conducted during the period October 2008.
