This award will recognise the best hotel in Belfast in terms of excellence in customer care, quality premises and impeccable standards. The category is open to all registered hotels and guesthouses.
The judges will assess:
The Quality of the Premises
Commitment to Excellence which includes investment, money and time to improve facilities and customer care.
Accommodation should be the highest level of quality and operators should be able to demonstrate a commitment to maintaining this through on-going investment
Dining Experience
Investment in staff training and development – the judges consider examples of how the training has been put into practice and how it has improved guest services.
Innovative Marketing
All finalists will be mystery shopped, which will take place in October 2008.
